Many webshops and installers nowadays work with dropshipping. The customer orders in your webshop, you give us the order and we take care of the processing and delivery. This way, you don't have to keep your own stock or pay double shipping costs, which saves you time and money.
Personalised packing list
If desired, we can include a packing slip with your company information on it when dropshipping. All we need for this is a logo in .jpg format with a height of 100 pixels.

Real Solutions reserves the right to charge costs if:
- Shipments have been refused and must be resent.
- Returned wrongly and have to be sent again.
- Items are taken back and credited (restocking fee).
- Real Solutions handles the warranty of items that are only directly should be presented to the manufacturer for repair.
- Other unforeseen costs caused by customers of the reseller or dealer.
All deliveries and services including drop-ship services are subject to the terms and conditions shall apply.
Missing
If you use our dropship service, Real Solutions Haarlem will take care of the correct offering of the shipment to the carrier. The carrier in turn takes care of the delivery to the specified address. All shipments must be signed for receipt after which the delivery is completed by means of a POD (Proof Of Delivery).
Real Solutions Haarlem BV is responsible up to and including the POD delivered by the carrier, which is leading in completing the shipping process. After signing for a delivery through POD, the risk of loss passes to you as the client for dropshipping.
Therefore, always make sure that:
- You know who you are doing business with to avoid unpleasant situations such as fraud.
- You check the address with possibly an extra addition on the house number.
- You are aware that delivering to porch flats or multiple occupancy buildings involves an increased risk of loss, despite having signed for receipt by those present.
In order to avoid unpleasant discussions, below you can see how the shipping process works and who is responsible for what in this process.
Situations 1 through 4 in the shipping process are the responsibility of Real Solutions Haarlem BV. After signing for the POD (4) the responsibility passes to you as the client of dropshipping (5).

- Real Solutions Haarlem BV offers the shipment to the carrier. (1)
- The carrier confirms that the goods have been received correctly. (2)
- The carrier shall present the consignment at the specified location. (3)
- Your customer or a person present at the time at the address you have specified signs for receipt (POD). (4)
- The shipment then reaches the right organisation, department or person. (5)
If you also want to cover the route (5) after the POD in case of loss, theft or fraud, you can only do so by taking out your own transport insurance.
Transport damage
- Deliveries should always be checked for transport damage before the customer signs for receipt.
- If the shipment is found to be damaged, have a note made by the delivery person (UPS) or refuse the shipment (PostNL).
- Always report damages within 2 days, damage reports after 48 hours of receiving the shipment will not be accepted.
