- Synology Next Business Day 9X5 Right to an on-site technician no later than the next business day including Synology spare parts and technical support during normal business days (08:00-17:00, Monday through Friday). This service level includes 24/7 access to the online Technical Assistance Center (TAC).
- Synology Same Day 4h onsite 24X7 Right to an onsite technician within 4 hours including Synology spare parts and technical support (00:00-24:00, Monday-Sunday). The service level includes 24/7 access to the online Technical Assistance Center (TAC).
