To increase service levels and provide higher business continuity for Synology users, Real Solutions offers service contracts from provider Evernex IT Services. There are 2 service levels available:

  • Synology Next Business Day 9X5

    Right to an onsite technician no later than the next business day with Synology spare parts and technical support during normal business hours (8am-5pm, Monday-Friday). This service level includes 24/7 access to online Technical Assistance Center (TAC).

  • Synology Same Day 4h onsite 24X7

    Right to an onsite technician within 4 hours including Synology spare parts and technical support (00:00-24:00, Monday-Sunday). The service level includes 24/7 access to online Technical Assistance Center (TAC).
