We apply a payment term of 30 days for orders on invoice.

What is the delivery time of my order?

If all products are in stock and ordered before 17:00, we will ship the order the same day.

Will my parcel be sent as a partial delivery?

We send orders as soon as the order is complete. Would you like a partial delivery? Then this is also possible on request. The normal shipping costs (€ 6.95 ex VAT per shipment) apply to partial deliveries.

Can I collect my order from you?

That is possible. If you place your order via the web shop, you will receive an e-mail from us as soon as the order is ready.

Why do I have to register before I can see prices?

We want to prevent end-users from seeing the margins between distributor and supplier. Nice and tidy. We also need a few basic details and creating an account is only a matter of minutes.

What are the shipping costs?

For package shipments within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany we charge € 7.95 ex VAT per shipment, regardless of the order value. Outside these countries other rates apply, these prices are on request.

For pallet shipments we charge € 45 ex VAT per shipment within the Netherlands, rates outside the Netherlands are on request.

Through which carrier will my package be sent?

By default we ship with UPS (cut-off time 17:00), on request it is also possible to ship with PostNL (cut-off time 17:30).

Is shipping to end customer possible via dropshipping?

For shipment with UPS, ordering is possible until 17:00 (standard carrier), if PostNL is chosen, ordering is possible until 17:30.

Orders placed on working days before 17:00 will be delivered the next day by UPS, for PostNL the latest order time is 17:30.
