Product defect within the guarantee

View here For which manufacturers it is possible to directly handle the RMA-procedure. If a manufacturer does not have its own RMA department, it is possible to request an RMA from us.

Please fill in the RMA form below with all details and we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss the next steps.


Synology Benelux Repair Center (out of warranty)

We offer various repairs for Synology products that have failed beyond the manufacturer's warranty. Depending on the defect and the age of the device, we can give a price indication.

We also offer repairs for defects that are not covered by the manufacturer's warranty, such as water damage or lightning strikes.
