Repairs outside the manufacturer's warranty
Real Solutions Haarlem provides repairs for defects on Synology products. We can also repair defects that occurred outside the manufacturer's warranty or during the manufacturer's warranty that are not non-conformities. Think about fall or water damage, the use of an incorrect adapter, or lightning strikes.

When requesting a repair, please indicate that it is outside the manufacturer's warranty. You should expect a turnaround time of about 8 to 15 business days, if the necessary parts are available from Europe.

Repairs within the manufacturer's warranty
Your point of purchase is responsible for handling your warranty claim at all times. If for any reason it is not possible to write to this point of purchase, Real Solutions Haarlem will handle the warranty claim for you.
You can use our support form use. Please indicate that it is a repair within the warranty period and that you purchased the item externally. Please allow for the costs below and a turnaround time of approximately 8 to 12 business days.
