A Try and Buy (TAB) gives (new) users the opportunity to test a product thoroughly within their own automation for up to 45 days. This allows the end user to ensure that the product meets all wishes and requirements before making a definite purchase.
In order to ensure that the customer tests the right product, it is very important that the automation environment and the desired results are mapped out as well as possible so that a suitable TAB product is offered.

Try and Buy terms and conditions:
- TAB is available to Dutch and Belgian (new) customers of Real Solutions Haarlem BV (RSH) after acceptance by the manufacturer as RSH.
- RSH reserves the right to refuse TAB applications without giving reasons.
- Valid only on specially selected TAB products and accessories.
- If it is possible to order on account, a delayed payment of up to 46 days after sending the TAB order will be applied.
- A TAB product may be returned within 45 days of the TAB order date.
- On the 40th day at the latest, the customer must indicate whether the TAB return procedure is being used.
- TAB customer is responsible for the return shipment until the moment of delivery to RSH.
- Only TAB products which are returned in their original packaging in a clean condition or in a condition as may reasonably be expected after testing will be credited in full. Defects and damages to the product due to improper use, transport or inadequate packaging are not covered by TAB returns and will therefore be charged in part or in full.
- TAB orders are automatically converted after 45 days into standard orders falling under the general terms and conditions of Real Solutions Haarlem BV including a payment obligation on or before the 46th day after the TAB order date.
- If you choose to keep the TAB product and it is not a new one, it is possible to get a discount.
- All original warranty periods and any extra services provided start from the moment the TAB order is placed, unless otherwise agreed. Also if it concerns a previously used test sample.
- TAB orders cannot be combined with discount offers, project applications or other offers.
- The manufacturer and RSH reserve the right to change these TAB conditions in the interim without notice or to cancel the TAB programme in its entirety.
- If a TAB customer is not creditworthy, the TAB order must be paid in advance. If the TAB order is returned according to the above conditions, it will be credited.
- Hard disks, SSDs and all other third party accessories are not covered by the TAB options and must therefore be purchased.
- A TAB client signs an agreement with RSH and declares to agree with the above terms and conditions.
